Sales Representative - IXORA (Preferably Male)



About IXORA:

IXORA is a leading brand in natural and organic skincare, offering 100% certified organic products. We are expanding our B2B sales and seeking a talented Sales Representative to help grow our business through strategic partnerships with pharmacies, spas, and other skincare outlets.

Job Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients, including pharmacies, spas, and other skincare-related businesses. Promote and sell IXORA's skincare products to businesses across the UAE. Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, networking, and attending industry events. Understand the skincare market and consumer needs to effectively communicate product benefits. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Manage customer queries and handle negotiations with professionalism. Report sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team.

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on skincare or cosmetics. Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting pharmacies and spas. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Strong networking skills with a proven track record of driving sales. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. A valid UAE driver's license. High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Salary Range:

The salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 10,000 per month. You can earn up to AED 10K with commission, with a basic salary of AED 3,000 to AED 4,000.
