Job Title: Russian-Speaking Sales Representative Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates : We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our clinic in Dubai as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Russian-speaking clients and promoting our clinic\'s services and treatments. Fluency in both Russian and English is essential for this role, as you will be communicating with potential clients in their native language while also collaborating with the multicultural team in our clinic. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Actively engage with Russian-speaking clients, both in person and through various communication channels, to understand their needs and promote our clinic\'s services. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide detailed information about treatments, procedures, and packages offered by the clinic, addressing any questions or concerns raised by potential clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain a client database, tracking leads, inquiries, and appointments, and following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials targeting the Russian-speaking community in Dubai. \xe2\x97\x8f Attend relevant networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the clinic and generate new leads. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the management team. \xe2\x97\x8f Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new treatment options to effectively communicate our unique value proposition. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into confirmed appointments. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \xe2\x97\x8f Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when required to accommodate client appointments or events.
