Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting benefits and features.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on client accounts.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, specifically with Fruits and Vegetables clients and within the FMCG sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
