We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.


Responsibilities

  • Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Present product information and deliver product samples
  • Communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts
  • Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitality
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
Requirements
  • Must have a knowledge in fillers botox threads any aesthetic procedure Dubai reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required. We are looking for sales representative aesthetic with knowledge Fillers, botox, threads.
  • Promote company brands (Derma Fillers and Medical Devices) through scientific dialogue with Healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
  • Maintain optimal medical knowledge and use approved marketing materials to promote the company and its products.
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
