Employ active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations with a strong command of language skills, including proficiency in both English written and spoken.
Effectively communicate complex information about products, services, and contractual details in a clear and understandable manner.
Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and provide information about our products/services
Initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to meet sales targets.
Collaborate effectively within a team to facilitate successful sales transactions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Adhere to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, working towards and achieving set goals.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder (Preferred in Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, but not mandatory).
Possess a proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in sales environments such as (Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Banking, Travel and Tourism).
Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in administration roles.
Exhibit proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFER Language B2 level.
Showcase strong skills in IT, including database management and Excel.
