- Provide information about rental packages and products
- Process rental applications and paperwork
- Handle payments and deposits
- Provide customer service and resolve enquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Greet and assist customers with car rental enquiries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Basic car rental industry and applicable laws and regulations
- Computer literacy and familiarity with rental software
- Excellent customer service
- English Language is MANDATORY + Extra language is preferrable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team work
- Ability to work extra hours sometimes
Contract length: 24 months Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
- sales: 1 year (Preferred)

- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
- Dubai (Required)
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
