The salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the showroom, and ringing up purchases. To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A good salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills and be a cheerleader for the brand, both internally and externally. Salesperson Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Participate in mandatory sales training provided by us that will be paid and seek opportunities for improving operations. \xc2\xb7 Greet customers. \xc2\xb7 Help customers find items and provide customers with information about items in the showroom. \xc2\xb7 Customers need assessment: Interact regularly with customers to understand and assess their needs. Recommend the best solutions and right products and services based on the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and wants. \xc2\xb7 Utilize companies\' software and technology effectively to improve the customer experience. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers, managers, and other staff in order to resolve problems, complaints and questions related to sales. \xc2\xb7 Elevate any and all complaints to management. \xc2\xb7 Ring up purchases, complete all paperwork relating to a sale, and keep track of contracts and invoices. \xc2\xb7 Prepare periodic work reports to management. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with clients. \xc2\xb7 Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services. \xc2\xb7 Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
