- Assist in selling products to consumers
- Describe different features on the products being sold
- Examine inventory to ensure products are in stock
- Handle and follow up on clients\' complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Discuss agreements and contracts with potential clients
- Contact customer leads through cold calling
- Create and preserve positive business and customer relationships
- Prospect for new clients to grow the number of customers as per the set targets
- Make sure the shop is clean at all times
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any business related course
- Practical experience in the sales field required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a pleasant personality
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license
- Must have good computer knowledge
