Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Generate sales of properties
Monitor new clients to increase the company\'s client database
Come up with innovative ideas to boost the sale of properties
Interact with clients to know what type of properties they want
Understand buyers\' needs and locate properties for their consideration
Visit and present company properties to prospective clients
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with clients
Seek for new opportunities through cold calling, networking as well as social media
Close deals and sign documents
Ensure targets are met
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a relevant Degree or Diploma with 2+ years of experience real estate sales
The applicant must display a high degree of emotional maturity
Should be aggressive with good networking skills
Must be able to grow sales and develop client relationships
Strong sales and influencing skills
Ability to meet set targets
