Greeting customers and providing them with product information and demonstrations.
Answering customer questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the electronics industry.
Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions by recommending products based on their needs and budget.
Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, and completing transactions.
Keeping the store and display areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Following up with customers after their purchase to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
Collaborating with other team members to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
In this role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for technology and electronics, are essential. Additionally, a salesperson in this position must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment and have a keen attention to detail.
