Today, Arabian Ethicals has grown into one of the leading healthcare distributors in UAE, distributing 50 brands across its pharmaceutical core business, animal health, and consumer division.
The job holder is responsible for product listing, detailing, Marketing & Sales of consumer product portfolio to meet or exceed the annual sales goals in the following channels /customers: Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Co-Operatives & Department Stores, Pharmacies and Wholesalers. The incumbent follows his daily journey plan for order taking and timely collection from customers.
Supermarkets/Hypermarkets, Co-Operatives and Dept Stores
Plan, Execute and Implement the Customer Visit Plan to cover all customers per month.
Categorize A,B,C Customers based on their potential, purchase and payment capacity
Develop new Customers and be \xe2\x80\x98the early bird\xe2\x80\x99 to add New Customers.
Meet Target and Distribution goals fixed for Outlets and Areas.
Listing new products.
Co-ordinate with Merchandisers for Sales and Display requirements
Pharmacies & Wholesalers
Visit assigned Pharmacies as per Daily Visit Plan
Book all shortages required for Pharmacies and introduce new items.
Monitor competitors activities and give feedbacks to the Management
Collection
Collect all payments on time as per the policy of the Company and clear all Outstanding\xe2\x80\x99s from the Customers
Skills & Professional Requirements:
Location and Route of Outlets
Knowledge about Credit Worthiness of the Customer
Knowledge of consumer products, industry trends and key competitors in designated geography
Knowledge of General Trade Practices
Language skills \xe2\x80\x93 Should be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is desirable
Valid UAE Driving License with Car is mandatory
Working knowledge of MS Office, esp. Word, Power Point and Excel
Qualifications
University degree in any discipline. MBA in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
Additional Information
