Sales Representative
Job Description
A reputable interior design and decoration fit-out company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous UAE experience in an interior design sales role is a must. List of duties and responsibilities: Maintain a high level of exposure for the company through direct sales Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set Assist in achieving growth and hit sales targets Actively seek out new sales opportunities Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections for contracts Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Perform other related duties as required Fixed salary based on experience + attractive commission scheme Job Type: Full-time Experience:
- Interior design & Fitout sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
