Job Description

  • Generating leads: Sales representatives are often responsible for identifying potential customers and reaching out to them to generate leads.
  • Conducting sales presentations: Once a sales representative has generated leads, they will often be responsible for conducting sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the benefits of the company\'s products or services and answering any questions the customer may have.
  • Closing sales: A sales representative\'s primary goal is to close sales and generate revenue for the company. This involves negotiating with customers and overcoming any objections they may have to the sale.
  • Maintaining customer relationships: After a sale has been made, sales representatives may be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship, ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product or service and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Monitoring the market: Sales representatives are often responsible for keeping track of market trends and competitor activity, in order to better understand customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting: Sales representatives are often required to provide regular reports to management on their sales activities and results, in order to track their performance and help the company make strategic decisions.
