We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to lead and drive sales efforts for our cosmetics brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry, a strong network in the UAE market, and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, beauty salons, and distributors.
-Conduct product presentations and training to clients.
-Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
*Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the Emirates.
*Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
