Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in carpentry and maintenance works.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Supervise carpentry and fit-out teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
Prepare quotations, inspection reports, and material requirements.
Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction at all project sites.
Requirements:
3-5 years' UAE experience in maintenance projects.
Proven ability to bring in clients or sales leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Languages: English, Hindi/Urdu (Arabic an advantage).
