Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Actively reaching out to prospective clients.
Present Air cargo service solutions to clients and negotiate contracts
Proactively lead customer acquisition and achieve the monthly sales target.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Collect the Cash & Cheque Payment from the customers and settle it with the Finance Department. Sales need to be conducted in wholesale markets
Follow up on the arrival status of customers and update them in timely manner Effectively
communicate with sales in China, develop and maintain good customers
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Should have Airfreight or Shipping Industry Sales one Experience in UAE ( This is mandatory requirement)
Fluent in English ( Speaking & Understanding ) are must
& any other additional languages are a plus ( Hindi, Arabic Language).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office
Suite and CRM software.
Age less than 30 Years
