Job Description
:
o Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service.
Educate customers about the benefits, ingredients, and proper use of natural soaps and skincare products.
Recommend products based on skin type, preferences, and concerns.
Promote new products, gift sets, and seasonal offers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure availability of key products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Offer follow-up service and after-sales care when needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or higher.
Minimum 1-2 years of real sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or natural products retail.
We are hiring a professional salesperson, not just a cashier -- you must know how to approach customers, identify their needs, and confidently close sales.
Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about skincare and natural ingredients. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain product benefits. Strong sales ability with a focus on meeting targets. Presentable appearance with a passion for beauty and self-care. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
