Job Title: Sales Representative - Balloon Sellers

Job Purpose

The Balloon Seller is responsible for attracting customers, selling balloons and related merchandise, and enhancing the overall guest experience at Miracle Garden. The role requires excellent customer service, sales skills, and a cheerful, engaging personality to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Promote and sell balloons (helium/character/LED/customized) to guests. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly. Ensure balloon displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with company standards. Assist guests in choosing product, upselling wherever possible. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Site Supervisor. Ensure safety standards are followed while handling helium tanks and balloons. Keep the selling area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Address guest queries and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary. Support company promotions, events, and special occasions by decorating with balloons if required. Follow company grooming, behavior, and customer interaction guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in selling balloons in tourist attractions Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and cash handling ability. Outgoing and energetic personality to engage with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment (especially during peak hours). Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
