Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Greet, engage and responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations as well as creating a branded, luxury client experience on a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and shelves. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and current sales trends. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Retail Sales Representative Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Basic knowledge of computer systems and point-of-sale software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise, as needed. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Required Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication skills, fluent in English, ability to speak Arabic is a plus

Language: (English, Russian, Spanish, Romanian, Germany, Italian, Arabic)

In-depth knowledge of beauty products, with hands-on beauty and personal care service experience is a plus Proven experience in a retail or sales-related role is preferred. Familiarity with products in the retail industry is a plus. Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Must be legally eligible to work in UAE.
