We're looking for a results-driven part-time hybrid/remote Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage prospects. You will be responsible to research, acquiring leads, setup meetings and eventually close. Responsibilities - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Research leads that fit the service lead persona - Reach out to leads through cold calling - Expedite the resolution of lead objections and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends - Continuously improve through feedback This job will offer a 6 month probation period to which you will be on only commission basis for 3 months with no basic pay and upon successfully bringing in hot leads and closing an account you will then be on a payout of 95% commission base to 5% basic pay base split for the remaining 3 months of your probation until you achieve your target. After achieving your targets you will then be confirmed and offered a 45% commission base to 55% basic pay split with a commission structure. Requirements and skills - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships - Highly motivated, commission and target driven with a proven track record in sales - Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills - Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback - Experience in selling SaaS services - Experience being part of a digital agency or managing digital agency relationships - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Frequently asked questions What does a Sales Representative do?
