Job Description

The Sales & Purchase Executive- required for our portal - upcoming positions , will be available to different companies, will be responsible for managing procurement and sales activities within the Oil & Gas, Marine, Aviation, and Engineering sectors. The role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the targeted sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

Purchase Responsibilities:

• Source and procure products/services at competitive prices.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and assess supplier performance.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and products.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for inventory management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales and Procurement within the technical Trading environment
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and supplier sourcing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and industry compliance is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
