Your Mission
As a
Sales / Proposal Manager
in our
Business Development & Sales
department, you will contribute to our mission every day by playing a key role in the full sales process -- from developing tenders to defining strategy and coordinating proposal teams. You will work closely with management and international sales teams to develop winning offers and build strong client relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage integrated, multidisciplinary proposals with support from the Business Development and Product Manager.
Coordinate actions of the tender team for PQs, EOIs, and offers - including client contacts, planning, methodology, quality control, pricing, and submission.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks during the sales cycle, including in unforeseen circumstances.
Define tender strategies alongside BD and Product Managers.
Collaborate closely with BD, Sales, and production teams to improve offer quality.
Maintain internal/external stakeholder relations.
Manage partner/subcontractor inputs via Salesforce.
Participate in weekly technical/commercial calls to track leads and tender progress.
Improve sales processes and tender tools.
Contribute to commercial reporting, bid analysis, risk registers, and strategy development.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience (Proposal Manager) or 8+ years (Sales Manager) in sales, tendering, and proposal preparation.
Minimum 4 years in a project engineering or similar role in a consultancy or construction firm.
Proven experience in the energy sector - particularly wind, solar, or biomass - is a strong asset.
