Job Description

The Real Estate Agent is responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and will use that information to show them properties that fit their criteria. They will also be responsible for negotiating deals and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one\xe2\x80\x99s self with the highest standard of professionalism that mirrors the company\xe2\x80\x99s values and image.
  • Provide the clients with options that best match their criteria.
  • Assist clients in purchasing properties as seamlessly as possible, while providing excellent client services.
  • Follow-up on leads provided, and convert into sales.
  • Understand clients\' needs and preferences and show them properties that fit their criteria.
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and transactions.
  • Stay informed about the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Continuously educate self with company\'s policies and procedures.
  • Attend weekly meetings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
