, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and driving the sales of our products through impactful merchandising and promotional strategies. You will work in close coordination with the line manager to ensure our products are effectively displayed, well-promoted, and sufficiently stocked in-store, while also delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
Ensure shelves and displays are properly arranged and replenished as needed.
Coordinate with the Line Manager on product placements, promotional campaigns, and stock movement.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display area.
Engage with customers to provide product information and support purchasing decisions.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or excesses to the line manager.
Collect feedback from customers and retailers for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or promotional roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of product presentation.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between locations if needed.
Must have driving license with own car
