, a leading distributor of toys. As an in-store sales promoter, you will play a vital role in promoting our toys, engaging with customers, and driving sales directly at retail locations. Your goal will be to create an exciting in-store experience, increase product visibility, and ultimately boost sale
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Promotion:
Engage with customers in retail stores, demonstrate and promote our range of toys.
Create product awareness through engaging interactions with shoppers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Ensure prominent product placement on shelves and displays to increase visibility.
Assist customers in selecting the best toys based on their preferences and needs.
Actively promote and sell our toys to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track and report on product sales and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies.
Provide a memorable and engaging experience for customers by demonstrating products, answering queries, and assisting with toy selection.
Educate customers about the latest toy trends and promotions.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to encourage return customers and brand loyalty.
Gather customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to report to management.
Share insights about customer preferences and competitor offerings to help shape promotional strategies
Ensure that the in-store displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company guidelines.
Ensure all promotional materials (brochures, posters, etc.) are displayed correctly and attractively in-store
Monitor stock levels and report any low stock or out-of-stock situations to the management team.
Assist in restocking toys as needed to ensure constant availability of products
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on daily sales, customer feedback, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotions (preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry an advantage )
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable with a passion for working with children and families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet targets
A positive attitude with the ability to stay motivated and energized throughout the day.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for toys and a strong interest in the toy industry
