Job Description

Sales & Customer Service

Greet customers and understand their product requirements. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively upsell and cross-sell.

Showroom Operations

Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and merchandise is properly displayed. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve basic issues professionally. Manage product returns and exchanges as per company policy. Ensure accurate pricing and product tagging on shelves.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor. Assist in stock receiving, counting, and arranging products. Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving items.

Billing & Cash Handling

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Handle cash, card payments, and invoices following company procedure. Prepare daily sales reports if required.

Customer Relationship Management

Follow up with customers for repeat sales and after-sales service. Build long-term customer relationships to increase customer retention. Collect customer data (as permitted) to support CRM initiatives.

Compliance & Standards

Follow company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and showroom etiquette. Ensure adherence to health and safety rules. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Education & Experience

Minimum Diploma Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in retail showroom sales (perfume, luxury, cosmetics, electronics, or similar).

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales ability and customer-handling skills. Basic computer skills (POS, MS Office). Strong product presentation and selling skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Professional grooming and positive attitude.
