We are looking for dynamic and energetic

Promoter

to join our team starting

1st week of October 2025

. As a Promoter, you will represent our brands in leading retail outlets and events, engage with customers, create awareness, and drive sales by providing excellent customer service and product demonstrations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Actively approach and engage customers in stores or events to promote assigned products. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive awareness and sales. Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries.

Sales & Targets

Achieve monthly sales and promotional targets. Encourage upselling and cross-selling of products where applicable.

Promotional Activities

Set up and maintain attractive product displays and promotional stands. Support retail events, product launches, and activations.

Store Displays & Stock Management

Ensure displays are always well maintained and visually appealing. Organise and arrange stock on shelves across the store every day. Monitor stock levels and ensure products are replenished promptly. Inform the store manager when stock is low and request replenishment as needed.

Reporting & Feedback

Record daily sales and promotional activity reports. Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Promoter, Sales Associate, or in customer-facing roles (preferably in toys, baby care, or FMCG). Must be currently based in the UAE. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, confident, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Office Location:

#108, Makeen Building, Airport Road, Dubai, UAE.

Joining:

1st week of October 2025.

Interview Hours:

Candidates who fit the criteria may visit our office for walk-in interviews

Monday to Friday, between 3 PM and 6 PM
