We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Promoter with a deep interest in music to help drive sales and create brand awareness for our products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of the music industry, and experience in promotional or retail sales. You will play a vital role in connecting music enthusiasts with our offerings through in-store promotions, live demos, music events, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell musical products or services (e.g., instruments, audio gear, music software, or artist merchandise).
Represent the brand at music stores, events, concerts, and promotional campaigns.
Demonstrate product features and assist customers in making informed buying decisions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, retailers, and partners.
Distribute marketing materials and maintain product displays.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide daily/weekly reports.
Gather feedback from customers and report to the sales/marketing team.
Collaborate with artists, influencers, or event teams to amplify promotions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Music Business, or related field is a plus).
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or promotions--preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
Passion for music and understanding of musical products/services.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, outgoing personality and strong public-speaking abilities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel to events if needed.
Familiarity with CRM tools, social media, or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
