Sales Promoters
who can represent the academy
outside the gym
and
drive new sign-ups
through personal networks, community connections, and outreach.

Actively promote the gym and its programs
outside the academy
(e.g., events, partner gyms, public places, schools, universities, offices, etc.)
Build relationships and create sales leads through personal and professional networks.
Represent the Renzo Gracie MMA brand with confidence and passion.
Offer free trial classes and membership information to potential clients.
Report regularly on leads, outreach activities, and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing and in-house sales team for promotions and events.
Contribute ideas for community outreach and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
gym sales, fitness promotions, or health club marketing
.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Passionate about fitness, martial arts, or an active lifestyle.
Must be outgoing, confident, and approachable.
Existing network in the fitness or MMA community is a big plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Additional language speaking is an advantage but not mandatory.
