3. Technical Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO), product specifications, and regulatory compliance.
4. Sales Support: Assist in generating leads, following up with inquiries, and preparing product quotations or sales orders.
5. On-Site Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of safety gear or hygiene products to show their functionality and benefits.
6. Inventory Awareness: Monitor stock levels and update customers about product availability and delivery timelines.
7. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on product performance and relay it to the sales or product development team.
8. Training Support: Occasionally assist in organizing safety training workshops or awareness sessions for clients.
9. Brand Representation: Uphold the company's reputation by demonstrating professionalism and knowledge in the field.
