Job Title: Sales Promoter
Job Summary
The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling company products to customers, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets. The role involves direct customer interaction, product demonstrations, and maintaining excellent product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell products to customers in-store or at assigned locations
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team
Coordinate with store staff and supervisors for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a sales promoter or similar sales role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
