- Sales Promoter Position Purpose: To actively promote and sell products by engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and delivering excellent service to achieve sales targets and maintain strong brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to encourage purchases Conduct product trials or demonstrations to drive customer interest Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing Monitor stock levels at the counter and request replenishment when needed Participate in promotions, campaigns, and events as required Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the supervisor Maintain accurate records of sales and follow company reporting procedures Represent the brand positively and uphold company standards at all times Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of retail/sales experience (UAE experience preferred or required) Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Customer-focused, energetic, and confident in approaching people Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales achievement vs. target Conversion rate and average transaction value Customer satisfaction and repeat engagement Display and merchandising compliance Attendance and punctuality
