Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing clients, primarily in Russian-speaking regions.
Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and negotiations in Russian and English.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and market fit.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian and English

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
