Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing cleaning company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and in-person visits. Conduct site visits to understand clients' cleaning needs and propose tailored service solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service quotes. Close sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM or tracking tools. Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities when needed.
Additional Qualifications:Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in service-based industries like cleaning, maintenance, facilities management, or hospitality. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, especially selling to property managers, office managers, or facilities directors.
Duration of the Contract 2 yrs
Salary 2500 - 3000 AED

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
