Customer Engagement:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products or services.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the company's product offerings, features, and benefits.
Sales Presentation:
Present products or services to customers in a way that highlights their benefits and value.
Needs Assessment:
Ask questions to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Follow-ups:
Follow up with potential leads and past customers to encourage repeat business.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Native Arabic Speaking (Woman)
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree or specialized training).
Experience:
Previous sales or customer service experience is often preferred but not always required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
