Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with product selection.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations based on their requirements.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and usage.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging products attractively.
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments.
Promote special offers, discounts, and promotions to encourage sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively communicate product benefits and maintain a competitive edge.
