We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesperson with a strong background in the Facility Management (FM) industry to join our team. This role is critical in driving our business growth by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the FM sector and possess deep knowledge of facility services and solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that ensure the achievement of specified sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and customer needs within the FM industry.
- Present and sell company services to current and potential clients, including end-to-end solutions for facility management.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up activities.
- Identify and resolve client concerns; escalate as needed.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Proven sales experience in the Facility Management industry.
- Knowledge of selling principles and practices, and an ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in English and, if applicable, other local languages.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Capable of creating and editing written materials.
- Professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as needed.
