Our company is looking for a results-driven Salesperson with a strong background in the plastic manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling plastic products (such as PET jars & bottles, HDPE caps & closures.) and an excellent understanding of customer requirements and market trends. This role is key in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical product demonstrations, and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to achieve profitable sales.
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order pipelines in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5+ years of proven sales experience in the plastic manufacturing industry (B2B).
Strong knowledge of plastic products and production processes, including injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Prior working in a printing company (required).
Experience dealing with clients in printing, perfume, and cosmetics sectors
