Starview Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated
Sales Person
with strong technical knowledge and UAE sales experience. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in selling technical services and coordinating with project teams.
Required Work Knowledge & Experience
The candidate must have experience and understanding related to the following services:
Basic knowledge of
HVAC system installation and maintenance
Familiarity with
MEP works
and coordination with technical teams
Understanding of
site requirements, client needs, and project timelines
Basic knowledge of
plastering materials and finishing types
Understanding of
tile types, installation methods, and measurements
Familiarity with
wood flooring installation and carpentry works
Basic understanding of
swimming pool cleaning, pump checks, and maintenance
Knowledge of
gypsum ceilings, partitions, and interior fit-out works
Understanding of
surface preparation, paint types, colour selection, and application methods
General Requirements
Minimum
5 years of sales experience in the UAE
Strong ability to
generate leads
and close deals
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to prepare
quotations
and coordinate with project execution teams
Good UAE market knowledge
Valid UAE Driving License
Languages required:
Hindi & English,Malayalam
Age:
Below 40
