female Arabic-speaking Salesperson
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have
2-3 years of sales or retail experience
, excellent communication skills, and a passion for flowers and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers and provide personalized service.
Promote products and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Handle inquiries from retail and corporate clients.
Maintain shop presentation and ensure a luxury customer experience.
Support events, weddings, and special orders.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Must be fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).
2-3 years of sales/retail experience (flowers/gifting preferred).
Presentable, customer-focused, and enthusiastic.
Based in Dubai.
