What We're Looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible female Salesperson to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently without waiting for constant supervision. She should also be respectful to supervisors and co-workers and committed to delivering excellent service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

High level of integrity and professionalism

Must be an Arabic speaker

Must be located in a commutable distance to Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer questions Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed Process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Take initiative in daily tasks without waiting for direct instructions Collaborate positively with team members and follow company policies Show respect at all times to supervisors and co-workers
