Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector across commercial, residential, and hospitality segments.
Identify client requirements and propose appropriate design and fit-out solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven sales experience in the
interior design, fit-out, or joinery industry
within the
GCC
, preferably the UAE.
Strong network and contacts within the interior and construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Knowledge of project workflows, BOQs, and technical drawings is a plus.
Valid UAE driver's license
and own car (preferred).
