Job Description

Ca Phin is looking to onboard a Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of working on your own schedule while earning commission for every sale made. You'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, and introducing them to our unique offerings. Success in this role means generating revenue through proactive outreach, understanding client needs, and providing them with exceptional service.

This role is key to driving growth for Ca Phin and expanding our reach. You'll play an integral part in building brand awareness, developing sales strategies, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products to a broader audience.

Responsibilities

Sales Prospecting & Outreach: Identify potential clients through research and outreach, and going in physically to the stores to catch sales. Negotiation & Closing: Work with prospects to close deals that meet both client needs and company goals. Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies to ensure success.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a commission-based or freelance role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to thrive in a flexible, results-driven environment.

Role Expectations

Expected Client Visits: Approximately 20 offices per day Work Schedule: 5 days per week o Target Conversions: Minimum of 10 new office clients per month

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
