Promote and sell the company's range of coffee beans to new and existing customers.
Identify potential clients including cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retailers.
Provide detailed product knowledge on different types of beans (origins, roasting levels, flavor profiles, brewing methods, etc.).
Conduct tastings and demonstrations to educate customers and support purchasing decisions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with the roastery or supplier team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new coffee innovations.
Attend coffee-related events, exhibitions, and training sessions when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, origins, roasting levels, and brewing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for specialty coffee and customer engagement.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
