We are expanding our sales team and looking for a

motivated, target-driven Sales Executive

who can convert leads, handle inquiries, and build strong customer relationships.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for

selling personalized meal plans

, managing daily leads, and guiding customers through the subscription process using strong communication and sales skills.

Your main role:

Turn inquiries into subscribers. Maintain relationships. Drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads via

phone, WhatsApp, and social media

Convert warm inquiries into active meal plan subscribers Explain meal plan options clearly (training provided) Manage daily follow-ups to maximize conversions and renewals Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle Maintain accurate records in CRM / tracking systems Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Prepare basic performance reports for management Maintain a positive, customer-first approach at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

2-4 years of experience

in sales, telesales, call center, or customer service Experience in

F&B, meal plans, wellness, fitness, or related industries

is a plus Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills Confident, energetic, and highly persuasive personality Must be fluent in

Arabic

& English

; Proficient with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Must be based in the

UAE

and able to work on-site Fast learner -- full meal plan + product training is provided

Working Hours:

6 Days per week Office-based position (Dubai)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 4,500
