Commission-Based Sales Representative for I+W Design Studio We are seeking a driven and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative. Our studio specializes in interior and landscape design, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a strong track record in sales. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and reach out to potential clients to introduce them to our studio and services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Close sales and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with our design team to provide clients with customized design solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of interior and/or landscape design is a plus
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
- Must be able to work remotely and be comfortable with a commission-only structure
- Must have work permit (we do not issue work permits)
