Main Duties & Responsibilities




Sales Strategy & Business Development:




Develop and execute a

regional sales strategy

to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sector projects. Drive sales of

smart pedestrian gates

, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:




Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, integrators, contractors, consultants, and end clients

. Deliver tailored product presentations, technical consultations, and live demonstrations.

Market Analysis:




Monitor

market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs

to guide strategy. Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches.

Sales Operations:




Lead

contract negotiations

and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Work closely with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure

smooth project execution

.

Reporting & Planning:




Prepare accurate

sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports

. Consistently

achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

.

Regional Travel:




Travel extensively across the Middle East to

meet customers, attend trade shows, and oversee project delivery

Education & Experience




Bachelor's degree in

Business, Engineering, or related field

.

B2B sales experience

, ideally in

pedestrian access control systems, gates, or related technologies.

Proven track record managing

regional sales operations across the Middle East
