Outdoor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for perfume products.
Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and approach new prospective clients, such as retailers and procurement officers.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Product Promotion & Knowledge:
Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of the company's perfume products to clients.
Market Monitoring:
Keep track of market trends, gather customer feedback, and identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer needs to management.
Payment Collection:
Handle the collection of payments from customers within the established credit terms.
Territory Management:
Efficiently manage schedules to cover the designated sales territory and complete assigned workloads.
Key Requirements
Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or beauty industry.
Driving License:
A valid driving license is essential for traveling to clients and covering territories.
Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with clients and close deals
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
