We are looking for a highly accurate, detail-oriented, and motivated
Sales Operations Executive
to support our real estate sales team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing post-sales operations, documentation, CRM management, reporting, and supporting overall sales efficiency. The ideal candidate must have prior real estate experience, excellent communication skills, and be flexible with working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational support to the sales team and ensure timely task completion within defined SLAs.
Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), ensuring accurate data entry for leads, bookings, and client records.
Prepare reports and analyze data to support business decisions and highlight areas for improvement.
Review and manage booking forms and sales documentation with a
minimum of 98% accuracy
.
Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and assist in onboarding and training of new team members on CRM and operational processes.
Support in managing operational aspects of post-sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of pre and post-sales processes in the UAE real estate market.
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High attention to detail; ability to work with extreme accuracy under pressure.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment.
Flexibility with work timings, including availability on weekends when required.
