Prepare, monitor, and follow up on production schedules, setting priorities based on confirmed customer orders and delivery commitments.
Coordinate closely with the Sales team regarding new orders, order status, and delivery timelines.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished lighting products to ensure availability and avoid production delays.
Coordinate with workshops, factories, and production teams to ensure manufacturing activities align with the approved production plan.
Track and follow up on delivery schedules and, where applicable, installation activities at customer or project sites.
Generate and maintain regular operational and production reports for management review.
Identify and address operational issues, delays, or bottlenecks, and communicate corrective actions with concerned teams.
Ensure accurate documentation for sales orders, delivery notes, and production records.
Support continuous improvement of sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
Proven experience in sales operations, production coordination, or order management, preferably within the lighting or manufacturing industry.
2-5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
